Delete your account
The fastest way to delete your Soul Spring account is inside the app.
- Open Soul Spring.
- Go to Account or Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Account deletion is designed to remove your Firebase account, cloud-synced app data, server-side chat sessions, long-term memory, and account-scoped safety audit records. Local on-device data is removed when the app completes the deletion flow.
If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email associated with your account.
